Cancellation \ Refund Policy

Customers have rights to cancel their orders. However, here our team start processing your orders & delivery notifications are send to customers by SMS/Email until delivery. So, customers can cancel the orders up to status of "Invoice Created" , Once,the product invoiced,Customer cannot cancel their orders. No Refund will initiated.

Once Cancellation Request accept,the refund process initiated on next working day & will complete with 10 working days. The Cancellation charges applicable at 5% of total order value.
